No refunds — all sales are final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital asset has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. This policy prevents fraud and protects the integrity of our intellectual property.

By purchasing any digital product from Kyler Holland, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy and agree to these terms.

Compatibility

Please confirm your software setup before you buy:

Use a recent version of Adobe Premiere Pro for Premiere-based packs.
Many assets may work on older versions, but we cannot guarantee full compatibility or performance on every build.
Adobe updates regularly — we work to keep packs current, but older Premiere versions may have limited functionality.

LUT and media packs (.cube, sound effects, light leaks) often work outside Premiere — check each product page for supported apps.

Unauthorized distribution

All digital assets are licensed for individual use only.

The following are strictly prohibited without explicit written permission:

Redistribution of download files
Resale or repackaging of assets
Sharing login or download links with others

Violation may result in termination of access and possible legal action.

Commercial licensing (where offered, for example on The Ultimate Effects Pack) is selected at checkout — personal/Standard and Commercial are separate license tiers.

Re-downloads & updates

Your purchase remains available in your account for re-download. Updated pack files are accessed the same way — see Downloads & updates.
