Downloads & Updates
How to download your Kyler Holland products after checkout, re-download them anytime from your account, and get updated pack files when new versions are available.
Right after checkout
You'll get a confirmation email shortly after you purchase. That's the fastest way to download:
- From: KYLER HOLLAND (

- Open the email and click View your order.
- On your order page, click Download next to the
.zipfile. - Extract the archive before installing — see How KH products install.
What's in your order
Most orders include two downloads:
First time downloading? See Getting started — How to download your products for the full walkthrough with screenshots.
Download again later
Lost the email, got a new computer, or need a fresh copy? Your purchases stay tied to your account — you don't need the original email link every time.
- Go to Sign in.
- Enter the email address you used at checkout.
- Open Orders in the sidebar.
- Find your product and click View order.
- Click Download next to the
.zipfile.
Wrong email?
You must sign in with the same email from your receipt. If you used a different address at checkout, that account holds the order — see Troubleshooting — I don't see my order.
Free products also go through checkout and appear in Orders under the email you used. Re-download them the same way as paid products.
Product updates
We update packs when Adobe releases major Premiere changes or when we ship improvements to a product.
Get the latest files
When an updated version is available, the same order download in your account typically serves the latest files. Sign in → Orders → View order → Download again to get the current .zip.
You do not need to purchase the product a second time for routine pack updates tied to your original order.
Version folders inside the download
Many transition packs include separate project folders for different Premiere versions, for example:
- CC 2020 Update 2 — for current Premiere Pro builds
- CC 2018–2019 — for older installs
After re-downloading, open the folder that matches your Premiere version. Details are on each product's help page (for example Ultimate Effects Pack).
Replacing an old install
- Re-download the latest
.zipfrom your account. - Extract to a new folder (or replace the old extracted folder entirely).
- Re-import presets or projects using the steps in How KH products install.
- For project-based packs, keep the full extracted directory intact — especially Do not delete or linked asset folders.
Don't delete linked folders mid-project
If you're mid-edit with an imported Ultimate Effects or Seamless Flow project, finish or relink before deleting old pack folders. Moving only part of a pack breaks media offline links.
New computer or clean install
- Sign in on the new machine.
- Re-download each product you own.
- Extract and install using the correct method for each file type.
- Store packs on a drive with enough space — large libraries (sound effects, Ultimate Effects) can be several GB.
Common issues
I didn't get the confirmation email
Search your inbox for Thanks for your purchase! Download your assets now from [email protected]. Check spam or promotions if you don't see it. You can also sign in to your account with your purchase email and open Orders → View order.
I don't see my order
- Confirm you're signed in with the same email from your purchase receipt.
- Check whether you bought the product under a different email (work vs. personal, for example).

Re-downloaded files look wrong or won't open
Reach out at assets.kylerholland.com/contact with your order email, product name, and Premiere version (or other app).
